6% Sales Tax Waived on Purchase of American, Maryland and POW/MIA Flags

ANNAPOLIS, MD – As Flag Day on June 14 approaches, Comptroller Peter Franchot today reminded consumers and businesses that American, Maryland and POW/MIA flags are exempt from Maryland's 6 percent sales tax.
