The National Council on Student Development (NCSD) has re-elected Dr. Deborah Cruise, Vice President for Student Development and Institutional Effectiveness at Harford Community College, as Director-At-Large. In this position, Dr. Cruise acts as a liaison on special initiatives and partnerships and communicates about community college student issues and needs with other national organizations associated with community college policy.
