Harford Community College has received a grant for $74,490 to provide services for out-of-school youth aged 16-21 in Harford County. The College will partner with the nonprofit SAGE Group to provide High-Demand Occupational Training (HOT) leading to a certificate to assist eligible youth with transitioning to a career in one year. The program will serve 25 economically disadvantaged youth who need help with basic literacy skills.
