HCC Celebrates 15 Years of Driver Education with Free Tuition for 5,000th Student

Bel Air, MD -- In honor of the 15th anniversary of its driver education program in June, Harford Community College will offer free tuition to the 5,000th student to enroll in the program (based on student records since 1998).
