(Bel Air, MD) - - The Harford County Office of Economic Development (OED) has leased space at Swan Creek Village Center that will enhance the County’s outreach efforts to the Department of Defense contractor community, and will strengthen relationships with organizations at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). The new space, located along Route 40 less than two miles northeast of APG, will be operated by OED staff.
