Superintendent of Harford County Public Schools Robert M. Tomback, Ph.D. has been appointed by Governor Martin O’Malley to the Maryland State Council on Educational Opportunities for Military Children. Maryland joined the Interstate Commission on Educational Opportunity for Military Children in July 2009.
