(Bel Air, MD) - - The Early Years Expo was held Saturday, April 9 at Abingdon Elementary School. The event was produced by the Harford County Department of Community Services’ Local Management Board, in collaboration with the Early Childhood Roundtable and was sponsored by PNC Bank.
