(Bel Air, MD) - - The Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation, in cooperation with Harford County Department of Public Works, and the Maryland Department of Natural Resources are preparing to upgrade and improve the existing Friends Parks Pond. This project will improve the overall water quality of the pond and the stream that is fed by the pond.
