The Harford County Council of PTA's will be hosting our Annual Legislative Forum on October 21, 2010 from 7-9 pm in the Bel Air High School cafeteria. This forum is designed to facilitate communication between educators, community officials and legislators in an atmosphere of open and respectful exchange.
