Heidi Neff, Assistant Professor in the Visual, Performing and Applied Arts Division of Harford Community College, was recently elected to serve on the Board of Officers of Foundations in Art: Theory and Education (FATE), a national arts organization. In her position as the Vice President for Regional Coordinators, Neff will recruit and mentor new FATE Regional Representatives and advise them on developing events that promote excellence in foundations instruction.
