Bel Air, MD – Each year the Harford County Department of Community Services’ Office of Drug Control Policy celebrates mentors, mentees, and program coordinators with the Kids C.A.N. (Caring Adult Network of Mentors) program. On Wednesday, May 11, the 2011 celebration was held at Chuck E. Cheese’s in Bel Air with more than 150 people in attendance.
