(Bel Air, MD) - - The Harford County Department of Planning and Zoning has announced that they will be updating the County’s 2004 Master Plan and Land Use Element Plan. The Land Use Element Plan identifies general areas in the County where agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, and open space uses will be allowed. It is the policy document used to ensure a compatible pattern of land uses throughout the County. The process officially begins February 17, 2011. Read more...
