Harford Artists and The Rockfield Foundation Inc are having a fundraiser on February 20th at the Rockfield Manor. It is an art lottery so everyone who purchases a ticket for $50 will leave with a piece of art! Refreshments will be served. House opens at noon to view the gallery the lottery will start at 2pm.
