(Harford County, MD) Harford County Sheriff L. Jesse Bane is pleased to announce a series of Command Staff promotions - three Majors and two Captains. The three commanders promoted to the rank of Major are Douglas Verzi, Christina Presberry and Michael Capasso. The two commanders promoted to the rank of Captain are Duane Williams and H. Michael Gullion. In addition to the five promotions, several commanders were transitioned to new command assignments matching leadership talents with agency priorities.
