Debbie was announced as this year’s Nurse of the Year at the Harford School Health Services Association (HSHSA) Banquet.Debbie, a 23-year veteran nurse and Harford Technical High School Nurse, is the co-author of the Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) orientation manual and serves as an instructor for new nurses.
