(Bel Air, MD) - - The Harford County Department of Planning and Zoning is seeking public input on the update of the County’s Master Plan and Land Use Element Plan. A workshop will be conducted on Thursday, April 7 at Harford Community College’s Chesapeake Center Dining Room. The session will focus on identifying strategies that will address issues brought forth by citizens at a recent Land Use Plan kick-off meeting and through the Department’s online community.
