Harford County Public Library Announces Smoke-Free Policy for All Buildings and Grounds

(Belcamp, Maryland) In the interest of the health and safety of customers and employees, Harford County Public Library has adopted a smoke-free policy for all buildings and grounds, effective May 1. The use of any type of tobacco product is prohibited, including the carrying or smoking of any kind of lighted pipe, cigar, cigarettes or other lighted smoking equipment.
