The Harford County Cultural Arts Board is pleased to announce an exhibit by photographer Dave Gigliotti for the month of December in the Council Gallery located at 212 S. Bond Street, Bel Air, MD 21014. The current show features nature, portrait and event photography. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday 8-5:00 PM.
