Amber Shrodes is Named New Library Foundation Director

(Belcamp, Maryland) Harford County Public Library is pleased to announce Amber C. Shrodes has joined the organization as Foundation Director. As the Foundation Director, Shrodes is responsible for raising funds to augment the financial resources of the Library and promote awareness of library services.
