“The Days When We Were Young” is a concert of songs from four theme-based historic music presentations developed by historian and performing artist Rick Spencer. It will be perform on March 23 from 7-8pm at the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum.
The songs were popular in America between the late 1700s and the 1890s. They include songs of outlaws, villains and rogues, some of the greatest hits of the Civil War, music from the Presidential campaign of 1856 and songs composed by America’s earliest professional songwriters. Read more...
