The second revision to the Proposed Elementary Redistricting Plan is now posted on the Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) website. The Superintendent’s Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) has been meeting almost daily to adjust proposed attendance areas to address community feedback and issues that still needed to be resolved.
