(Bel Air, MD) - - The Harford County Department of Public Works has announced that Vale Road between MD Rt. 924 and Red Pump Road will be closed to all through traffic on or about Monday, October 4, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. daily for a period of approximately five (5) weeks.
