This year’s Maryland Half Marathon won by Harford Countian(Bel Air, MD) - - County Executive David R. Craig was presented with the “County Cup” on behalf of the citizens of Harford County in a ceremony on July 12, 2010 in Bel Air. The County Cup is bestowed upon the home county of the first Marylander to finish the Maryland Half Marathon.
