Northeastern Maryland Technology Council (NMTC) has partnered with the Community Foundation of Harford County to support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education and workforce development in Harford County. NMTC has established a special project fund for STEM education through the Community Foundation. The fund makes grants to Harford County organizations with projects and programs that promote and support STEM education.
