Harford County Public Library (HCPL) was announced as a second place winner in the HISTORY™ Library Outreach Contest for its Winds & Words of War: Posters & Prints from the San Antonio Public Library Collection exhibit. The collection of original World War I posters and prints was on display at the Bel Air and Jarrettsville branches from March 20 through May 31.
